Our Vision

The current MERS 999 system is ridded with challenges both for dispatchers and persons requesting help. Our team spotted and opportunity to create an app that simplifies the process of calling for help. In these uncertain times, every second counts. Hence, we created the concept of E999.

All information are shown on the dispatcher administrator dashboard. This simplifies the process of sending appropriate rescue team, and improve communication between the dispatcher centre and the dispatcher unit. Dispatcher centre are able to receive and accept incidents as they occur, assigned by the mobile application on their rugged tablet.

Basic information such as the user’s location, personal data, and medical history is automatically shared with a dispatcher. These features are aimed at simplifying and speeding up the process of calling an ambulance. On top of helping and rescuing, E999 also educate users on heath- rated subjects. The knowledge corner consists of articles and instructions from trusted sources on how to deal with cuts, minor ailments, etc. The information is presented as articles, definitions and short videos.
